Chicken Panini
Seasoned chicken tenders with an apricot mustard, seasonal greens, and two year aged
raw smoked cheddar from Full Circle Creamery, served on a toasted Ciabatta roll

Forest Panini
Wild foraged mushrooms with homemade goat cheese and a
rosemary/leek pesto, served on a toasted Ciabatta roll.

Pear & Star Anise Goat Cheese Salad
Red wine vinaigrette dressed salad greens with fall vegetables and then topped with
Pear & Star Anise goat cheese from Fern Edge Goat Dairy of Lowell, OR.

Carrot & Homemade Noodle Soup
Carrots flavor this vegetarian fall soup with freshly made noodles.

with a beer mustard spread, served on a toasted Ciabatta roll.

Pork and Vegetable Soup
Shredded pork with carrots, turnips, eggplant, tomato and a few other fall veggies.
