Cranberry Walnut Chicken Salad Sandwich

A flavorful blend of chicken, crunchy celery, walnuts, and sweet dried cranberries. Served on Cascade Baking Company sunflower seed bread.

Ingredients: House-baked organic chicken breast, organic mayonnaise, walnuts, dried cranberries, celery, cucumber, basil, onion, lime juice, spices

Fresh Egg Salad Sandwich

The hearty sandwich features fresh herbs and hard-boiled eggs. Served on Cascade Baking Company sunflower seed bread.

A sweet and decadently smooth gelato made in-house.

Pinot Gris Pear Sorbet

This sorbet features a delicious combination of fresh pears and 2009 Mahonia Vineyard Pinot Gris.

Ingredients: 2009 Mahonia Vineyard Pinot Gris, sugar, water, pears, honey, fresh-squeezed lemon juice (VT, GF)

Lemon Basil Sorbet

Delightfully refreshing, this sorbet is made of fresh-squeezed lemons with a wonderful herbal undertone.

Ingredients: fresh-squeezed lemon juice, fresh basil, water, sugar, honey (VT, GF)

All produce and herbs are organic and grown in our garden or purchased from Minto Island Growers. All dairy, egg and meat products are also organic.

Mondays- Spicy Southwestern Soup
A thick, zesty combination of beans, corn, tomatoes and spices.

Tuesdays- Veggie Bean Soup
A wonderful medley of vegetables, legumes and pasta in a handmade vegetable broth.
Ingredients: carrots, onion, celery, kidney beans, green lentils, mini pasta, olive oil, vegetable broth, fresh herbs, spices

Wednesdays- Curried Red Lentil Stew
With spicy curry, this hearty stew is full of beans, lentils, and swiss chard.
Ingredients: vegetable broth, garbanzo beans, red lentils, onion, swiss chard, olive oil, spices

Thursdays- Baked Potato Chowder
A delectable blend of red potatoes, onion and whole milk in a handmade vegetable broth.

Fridays- Spicy Southwestern Soup
Our house favorite deserves two days!
